This training plan enables the individual to work independently with the training guide. Everything is explained point by point. If you are still uncertain about anything, you can always contact our coach for more information!
This training guide is good for a duration of three months, or 12 weeks. After this period, the individual is able to continue independently. If, after three months, you would like to work with us again, this is of course always possible!
